According to TC Candler’s evaluation standards, each artist’s score is determined by an average of multiple factors, including fan support, facial proportions, unique aura, and the choices of the judging panel. Despite their inclusion, some netizens argued that while Bai Lu and Tian Xiwei are undeniably attractive, they may not be striking enough to fully represent Chinese beauty on a global scale.
Supporters, however, countered that beyond physical appearance, both actresses benefit from strong fan backing, which played a significant role in their ranking.
Tian Xiwei is currently one of the most prominent actresses among the post-1995 generation of “young flower” stars. She is often referred to as a “historical drama doll” thanks to her delicate features, large expressive eyes, rounded face, and bright smile that leaves a positive impression. Many viewers say her smile radiates warmth and optimism, giving off a lively and cheerful energy whenever she appears. Even when walking the red carpet alongside dozens of stars, Tian Xiwei rarely fades into the background.
She gained popularity in 2020 through the youth drama Lovely Us, which earned a strong 8.2/10 rating on Douban. In recent years, however, Bai Lu’s image has evolved significantly, becoming more fashionable and refined.
