The clip reached more than 1 million views on TikTok.
ALLDAY PROJECT became the second-fastest K-Pop group to win a Daesang this week, but it didn’t come without controversy. Netizens are accusing the group of having won a “rigged” award, and many claim that a recent viral clip “proves” it.

The co-ed group appeared at the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards on November 14, and while their performance delighted fans, their grand prize win became the hot topic of the night. Alongside the IS Rising Star award, ALLDAY PROJECT also won Grand Honor’s Choice — their first ever Daesang.

The trophy came just 144 days after their debut, becoming the quickest Daesang win after NewJeans at 134 days. However, the award immediately drew backlash due to member Annie Moon‘s family background, with fans arguing that the group was not deserving of the award.
Many even accused ALLDAY PROJECT of “buying” the Grand Honor’s Choice prize. Annie’s great grandfather is the founder of Samsung Group, making her a fourth-generation ‘chaebol.’

Now, a recent clip going viral on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) is being deemed “proof” that Annie had something to do with the award win. In the video, members Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo immediately turn to Annie upon being announced as the winners, and their simultaneous reactions have sparked scathing accusations online.

Despite having one of the highest-charting songs in Korea this year with their debut track, “Famous,” netizens still don’t seem convinced that the group’s success is organic. It remains to be seen whether Annie and the rest of ALLDAY PROJECT will continue to face scrutiny for “nepotism” for the rest of their careers.
