On November 1 (KST), Jungkook unbuttoned his shirt to reveal his toned abs during the final show of BTS’s ARIRANG world tour in São Paulo, Brazil.
At one point during the performance, he also raised both arms and flexed his muscles in what is known as the “Popeye pose.” His playful expressions and bright smile further energized the crowd.
The day before, Jungkook had given fans a surprise hint during the concert. “I’ve been working on losing body fat in a short period of time. Is anyone coming to tomorrow’s show?” he asked. He then added, “If you’re coming tomorrow, you can look forward to something. I’ll make sure to prepare well!”
Jungkook kept his promise the following day by revealing his abs, delivering exactly what fans had been anticipating. Korean fans reacted enthusiastically, leaving comments such as, “Brazilian ARMYs hit the jackpot,” “What kind of blessing is this?” and “Brazil is going wild over Jungkook’s abs.”

Local media outlets also took notice of his performance. Billboard Brazil reported that Jungkook took the stage shirtless during the final concert, drawing an enthusiastic response from the audience. The moment also became a hot topic on social media.
Brazilian entertainment outlet Hugo Gloss likewise highlighted Jungkook’s performance, responding with an emphatic “OMG.”
Jungkook also caught attention by wearing a jersey bearing the autograph of Brazilian soccer legend Kaká.
Meanwhile, Jungkook previously made headlines after showing off his abs during BTS’s concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in September. The footage attracted even more attention when pop star Justin Bieber shared it on his social media account.
