On October 28, Okayama revealed on Instagram that the couple had tied the knot on October 23. “My wife’s name is Mori Natsumi, and she works in the theater industry. Although ours is a marriage with a significant age gap, we will work together to build a warm and loving family. I hope you will continue to support us. I need to live a long life from now on!” he wrote.
Mori Natsumi also shared the happy news on her personal X account, posting a photo of herself with her husband. She commented, “I know some people may be surprised by the age difference between us. Even we are amazed by how unexpected and fascinating life can be, because no one knows what will happen.”

She described their life together as far from glamorous, saying that the simple, everyday moments are what make it precious. “We met and were drawn to each other. Life may seem long, but it is actually short. I want to continue walking alongside him, the person who has helped me discover so many little joys in life. We will always support one another. I would be very happy if everyone could share their interest and blessings with us.”
Mori also revealed that her husband once jokingly suggested she change her stage name to Okayama Natsumi after their marriage. However, she immediately turned down the idea, confirming that she would continue working under the name Mori Natsumi. At the end of her post, she sent her husband a heartfelt message: “Please live a long life, Hajime!”
