Actress Kang Ye Won couldn’t help but envy the gorgeous apple hips and toned body of a fellow actress, who’s a mother of twins.
On October 8th, Kang Ye Won’s YouTube channel posted a video titled “Is it true that Han Groo’s house, acknowledged by the management fanatic Kang Ye Won, has flying yoga equipment?”
In the video, Kang Ye Won, who visited Han Groo’s home, discovered flying yoga equipment installed in the living room and was visibly surprised. Han Groo, who even holds a flying yoga certification, demonstrated stunt-level moves, saying, “We don’t stretch enough, so a lot of waste builds up.”

Then, Han Groo, dressed in a purple bikini, showcased her flat abdomen and slender silhouette. Kang Ye Won exclaimed, “Did you see her hips earlier? That perky apple butt of a mom raising two kids. I’m so jealous,” and humorously asked, “Did you get an injection in your hips?” causing laughter.
That day, Kang Ye Won asked Han Groo, who maintains her weight at 47 kg despite being a big eater, about her body management secrets.

Han Groo said, “I really have an extreme style,” recalling the time after childbirth when she neared 60 kg.
She said, “After having the baby, I honestly had no time to lose weight. What exercise? I was busy sleeping and cleaning, staying at 60 kg constantly,” and added, “At first, I didn’t think I had to lose weight. I just ate, slept, and took care of the baby. But every time I met older sisters continuing their acting careers, I felt so discouraged. I thought, ‘Why am I not taking care of myself like this?’” explaining what prompted her to start dieting.
Eventually, Han Groo succeeded in losing weight down to 41 kg without eating anything. But she said, “After losing weight by not eating, I felt my skin lost elasticity. Was that the right way to do it?” and added, “Since then, I started combining exercise with diet control.”
In fact, Han Groo’s home has a separate workout room equipped with Pilates and yoga facilities. She proved she regained perfect elasticity through mini foam roller acupressure training at home and consistent stretching.
