A K-Pop girl group idol shared stories about living in the dormitory with a large number of members.
On September 25th, a video was released on YouTube featuring WJSN (also known as Cosmic Girls) member Luda.
In the video, Luda updated fans on her recent activities, saying she has been busy filming dramas and movies. When asked if she had spent a lot of time in China, Luda recalled, “We went to Qingdao once for a fan signing event. The airport was paralyzed because of us.”
At the time, the other WJSN members thought, “Don’t lie. Who do we think we are? The airport probably just happened to be crowded.” But it was actually because of WJSN, and Luda said, “We still proudly say, ‘Back in the day, the airport was paralyzed because of us.’”
Luda also revealed stories about living together in the WJSN dorm. She said, “We lived in one house with three rooms. The master bedroom was big, so six of us slept there. There were two bathrooms, but if someone used one bathroom, water wouldn’t come out of the other.” The group originally had 13 members.
She added, “With so many members, we sometimes fought over things like ‘Who drank my milk?’” and explained, “So some members even kept their own mini refrigerators.”
But living with the members was fun for Luda. She said, “There’s always someone in the living room. If you want to watch a movie, at least one person from the group will be watching it, so you go together,” explaining she never felt lonely.
The members even had laughter battles. Luda said, “Because many of the members are funny, a spirit of competition developed. The worst insult we used on each other was ‘You’re not funny.’ If someone said they weren’t funny, we’d say, ‘Do you think you’re funny?’” which made everyone laugh.
