Actress Kim Go Eun appeared on the personal social media account of her Korea National University of Arts (K-ARTS) classmate and close friend Lee Sang Yi, sending fans into fits of laughter. It was just a short comment on a single photo, but the natural back-and-forth between the longtime friends resonated with fans and showcased their genuine friendship.

Lee Sang Yi recently shared several photos on his personal Instagram from the set of MBC’s A Bona Fide Killer. In the photos, Lee Sang Yi, who plays Major Crimes Unit detective Lee Dong Jin in the series, can be seen wearing a bulletproof vest and aiming a gun.
Although the photos captured the serious atmosphere of his detective character, the mood in the comments section quickly changed when an unexpected person appeared.
After a fan commented on Lee Sang Yi’s post, “Try wearing the T-shirt a little looser,” Kim Go Eun herself jumped into the conversation and jokingly replied, “No, hey, Go Eun-ah.” She was playfully responding to the fan, who had imitated the kind of teasing comments that Kim Go Eun, Lee Sang Yi, Kim Sung Cheol, Ahn Eun Jin, and their other K-ARTS classmates from the legendary Class of 2010 often exchange with one another.
Though it was just a short remark, it instantly showed how comfortable the two are with each other. Fans burst into laughter at the sight of a longtime friend casually dropping by on social media to tease him, leaving reactions such as, “Now that’s a real friendship,” and “The K-ARTS classmate chemistry is insane.”
The two are also among the most recognizable members of K-ARTS’ Theater Department Class of 2010. Having spent their school years pursuing their dreams of becoming actors together, their friendship has continued for many years, making their natural interactions outside of their work a familiar and entertaining sight for fans.

What made this particular exchange even funnier was the unexpected use of the “gun” Lee Sang Yi was holding as the basis for a joke. Although Lee Sang Yi is pointing a gun as a detective in the drama, Kim Go Eun is the one playing the “sniper” in this particular exchange, prompting witty reactions along the lines of, “Lee Sang Yi is holding the gun, but Kim Go Eun is doing the sniping.”
While the two actors take their respective characters seriously in their professional projects, they have no hesitation about teasing each other on social media. Their genuine friendship, which shines even more brightly away from the screen, gave fans another fun moment to enjoy.
Lee Sang Yi also responded to Kim Go Eun’s comment in his trademark friend-like manner, further hinting at just how comfortable their relationship is. That is what makes long-lasting friendships between fellow actors in the entertainment industry particularly special.
Lee Sang Yi and Kim Go Eun first met as K-ARTS classmates and have since pursued the same path as actors. On screen, they are dedicated performers, while on social media, they tease each other just like ordinary longtime friends. Their unique bond has once again captured fans’ attention.
