In July, Baek Jin Hee uploaded a video to her YouTube channel “Jiny Is Back” titled “Solo Trip to Toronto~ Mukbang at Canada’s Top 3 Steakhouse, Studying at the Library, and Healing at Harbour Square Park.”
In the video, Baek Jin Hee said, “I’m in Toronto right now. I’m going to call up a few acquaintances of mine and visit one of the top three steakhouses in Toronto.” She then visited a steakhouse with two male acquaintances, ordering steak, French fries, and wine as they enjoyed their time together. At one point, a man wearing a watch even pushed some of the food toward Baek Jin Hee.
Baek Jin Hee also chatted casually with her acquaintances, asking questions such as, “You have to make a reservation to come here, right?” She later commented on the meal, saying, “It wasn’t to the point where it melted in my mouth, but it was delicious as I kept eating.”
The video has recently attracted renewed attention following Baek Jin Hee’s marriage announcement. Some fans have become particularly interested in the possibility that one of the men featured in the video could be her future husband.
Meanwhile, Baek Jin Hee will hold her wedding ceremony on January 23 next year. She reportedly met her partner while studying in Canada last year, and the two eventually decided to marry after maintaining a long-distance relationship. Her future husband is an older, non-celebrity professional who lives in Canada. After marriage, Baek Jin Hee plans to continue her career while traveling between South Korea and Canada.
