Over the years, Weverse’s auto-translate function has led to some funny, random, and awkward moments for idols.
The latest victim of the auto-translate problem was BABYMONSTER‘s Ahyeon.
The idol was interacting with fans on Weverse when a comment she wrote got translated as “I like pink condoms.” What was funnier was that the idol noticed the odd translation and swapped to English to share her reaction.

In the comments, netizens couldn’t get over the awful auto-translation but even more than that, they loved Ahyeon’s reaction and how she had to switch to English to show how she felt.
