Soyeon took the stage at “Waterbomb Sokcho 2026,” held on August 22 at Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano in Sokcho, Gangwon Province. In footage from the event released through Waterbomb’s official social media channels on August 23, Soyeon dramatically removed the T-shirt-style outer top she had been wearing during the performance, revealing a black bikini-style top underneath. She immediately took over the stage with her bold look, sending the energy of the venue soaring.
Soyeon opened the show with her solo track “icebluerabbit,” followed by i-dle hits including “Wife,” “Queencard,” and “TOMBOY,” as well as her solo song “Is this bad b****** number?” She impressed the audience with her powerful live vocals and confident stage presence.
Most notably, Soyeon, who is preparing for her first solo comeback in approximately five years and two months in early September, performed two unreleased songs from her upcoming album for the first time during the show. With “STAR,” featuring powerful EDM beats and direct, provocative lyrics, she delivered an intense and daring performance. Meanwhile, “I Hate Vegetables” showcased a completely different side of Soyeon with its playful and upbeat mood, drawing an explosive response from the audience. Shortly after the performance, she also made a surprise release of the music video for “I Hate Vegetables” through her YouTube channel “Girl Soyeon Baekseo,” featuring a character based on her childhood.
Meanwhile, i-dle will continue their world tour with “2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] IN MACAU,” scheduled to take place at Galaxy Arena in Macau on August 29 and 30.
