BTS member Jin has reached a major solo milestone as “Don’t Say You Love Me” surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify on August 18, 2026.
The song is now Jin’s most-streamed solo track on the platform, giving the singer another major achievement in his growing solo career.
“Don’t Say You Love Me” is the title track of Jin’s second mini album, Echo, released in May 2025. The pop song tells the story of two people facing a breakup but struggling to let each other go.
Jin’s calm vocals and the song’s restrained sound give the track a soft but emotional feel. The song also made a strong impact on music charts after its release. It reached No. 90 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Jin’s third solo song to enter the main U.S. singles chart, ChosunBiz reported.
His previous entries were “The Astronaut” in 2022 and “Running Wild,” the title track of his first mini album, Happy, in 2024.
On global charts, “Don’t Say You Love Me” performed even higher. It reached No. 2 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart, No. 6 on the Billboard Global 200 and No. 4 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart.
