NCT 127 will release their seventh full-length album, BLINGY, on Aug. 24 at 6 p.m. KST, SM Entertainment announced, timing the release to the group’s 10th anniversary since their July 2016 debut.
BLINGY will contain nine tracks, according to The Korea Times, which described the album as reflecting the group’s decade-long journey, collective pride and continuing bond. Physical preorders opened July 27.
SM released the album’s first teaser video on its official channels following the announcement. Full details on the tracklist and title song have not yet been disclosed.
According to The Korea Times, the comeback arrives as NCT 127 prepares to launch a fifth world tour, “NEO CITY — THE REDLINE,” in September.
NCT 127 debuted under SM Entertainment in July 2016 as the second subunit of the larger NCT project. Over the past decade, the group has built a global fanbase, NCTzens, through consistent comebacks, world tours, and collaborations across music and fashion.
