EXO reunited with Filipino fans after seven years as the group successfully completed its two-night “EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon” concert in Manila on July 5.
The highly anticipated return brought together members Chanyeol, Kai, Suho, D.O., and Sehun for a memorable reunion with EXO-Ls, filling the venue with excitement, cheers, and emotional moments from start to finish.
Wearing striking red-and-black outfits, the members opened the concert with their debut song “MAMA,” instantly bringing back memories for longtime fans. The energy quickly rose even higher with performances of “Monster,” “Wolf,” and “Overdose,” complete with powerful choreography, fire effects, and pyrotechnics, KPopHit reported.
Suho warmly greeted the crowd during the show. “I know how much you missed us,” he said. “But I can say that we’ve missed you even more. We waited for this moment for a long time. We’re so happy to be here.”
The Manila concert marked EXO’s first group tour stop in the Philippines since “EXO PLANET #5 – EXplOration” in 2019. The new tour follows the members’ military service completions and years of solo activities.
EXO Showcases ‘REVERXE’ Songs
Throughout the night, EXO performed many of their biggest hits, including “The Eve,” “Love Shot,” “Power,” “Don’t Fight the Feeling,” “Tempo,” “Ko Ko Bop,” “CALL ME BABY,” “LOVE ME RIGHT,” and “Growl.”
Fans also witnessed live performances of songs from the group’s eighth studio album, “REVERXE,” for the first time. Tracks such as “Moonlight Shadows,” “Crazy,” “Back It Up,” “Crown,” “Back Pocket,” and “Flatline” gave the audience a closer look at EXO’s newest music while still keeping the group’s signature sound.
The concert balanced explosive dance stages with emotional moments. Songs like “Baby, Don’t Cry,” “Don’t Go,” and “EL DORADO” highlighted the members’ live vocals and reminded fans why EXO has remained one of K-pop’s most respected groups for over a decade.
The atmosphere became even more special as EXO-Ls loudly sang along during the performances.
According to AllKPop, fans also surprised the group by singing “Peter Pan” together, creating a touching moment that made the members smile on stage.
As the concert ended, the members shared heartfelt messages for their fans. Kai described the night as “perfect,” while D.O. thanked the crowd for filling the large venue with love and support.
Sehun also hinted that fans may not need to wait long for another return. “We’ll try to be back to the Philippines as early as possible,” he said. “I feel like it won’t be too long until our comeback.”
