Rather than selling it despite a resale value estimated around 70 million KRW he opted for a complete overhaul, including:
- A sleek silver exterior wrap
- Full interior deep cleaning and restoration
- Detailed repairs down to worn-out wheel logos
The result? A dramatic “like-new” transformation that left even Kim visibly amazed.
When he finally saw the finished vehicle, Kim Jong Kook couldn’t hide his excitement. “Wow, this is amazing… it really feels like a new car,” he exclaimed, repeatedly expressing satisfaction with the outcome.
According to the tuning shop, the project required twice the usual time and materials, highlighting the level of care invested in the restoration.
