He previously already exposed issues with the company.
Singer Yong Junhyung has announced that he has terminated his exclusive contract with his agency and will continue activities independently.
On March 30, Yong Jun-hyung shared a statement via social media, claiming that his agency failed to fulfill their role. He determined that it was hard to maintain trust as the issues were not resolved for years.
Previously, Yong Jun-hyung had exposed conflict with his agency, BLACK MADE, in June of last year. At the time, he claimed that on the day of his album release, he was suddenly told his contract could be terminated without conditions due to company restructuring, only for the company to later reverse its stance and eventually demand that he leave. He also alleged that he was asked to pay back investment funds and company-designated damages that he had never agreed to.

“Hello, this is Junhyung.
Regarding my exclusive contract with my agency, I have repeatedly requested corrections over a long period due to the company’s failure to fulfill key contractual obligations.
However, the issue was not resolved for years, and I came to the conclusion that it had become difficult to maintain a relationship of trust.
Accordingly, as of March 12, 2026, I notified the termination of the exclusive contract based on relevant legal grounds, and there has been no separate response to date.
I consider the contract to have been lawfully terminated, and I plan to continue my activities independently going forward.
I will greet you again with a better image in the future. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, Yong Junhyung married HyunA in October 2024. He is formally from the boy group B2ST.
