According to reports on March 21, Lee Na Young recently spoke candidly about her everyday life with her family while discussing her latest drama Honour, revealing a more down-to-earth side of her marriage.
She shared with a laugh, “Because I wouldn’t tell him the plot details, my husband kept trying to guess. He would carefully watch my reactions and ask, ‘It’s something like this, right?’ But I didn’t reveal anything until the end.”
She continued, “We watched a few episodes together when they aired, but I felt too shy to keep watching with him. We don’t usually talk in detail about my projects. It’s more like, ‘That scene went well.’ We tease each other like friends.”
Lee Na Young also talked about her son’s reaction to her acting career. She said, “My son finds it fascinating that his mom appears in shows. He still mostly watches cartoons, so he doesn’t fully understand what being an actor means. When he sees movies or TV, he’s curious about how different it is from real life and asks, ‘Is that real?’”
The couple, known for maintaining a mysterious and private image for many years, continues to keep much of their personal life out of the spotlight. Won Bin, in particular, has been on a long hiatus from acting since his 2010 film The Man from Nowhere.
Regarding this, Lee Na Young commented, “Won Bin still has a strong passion for acting. We’re both grateful that people continue to remember him and show interest.”
Lee Na Young and Won Bin got married in a private ceremony in 2015 and have one son together.
