In the upcoming episode of Running Man, members take part in a chaotic race filled with betrayal and unexpected twists as they try to avoid penalty balls.
The episode, titled “Spring Must Be Full of Energy and Speed,” features short-track national team athletes joining the cast. With intense missions requiring both physical strength and strategic thinking, even the professional skaters found themselves under pressure.
During one of the missions, Olympic champion Choi Min Jeong struggled with an unexpected challenge. Seeing this, Yang Se Chan surprised everyone by stepping in to personally coach her one-on-one.
However, what caught the most attention was Yang Se Chan’s particularly caring attitude toward Ji Ye Eun. At one point, he even knelt down to help her, prompting other members to tease him for his dedication.
As the cast joked about his attentive behavior, Ji Ye Eun responded playfully, saying: “What should I do? My heart is starting to open.”
Her comment instantly created a lighthearted romantic atmosphere on set.

Meanwhile, short-track athletes jokingly called Ji Ye Eun “aunt,” which made the self-proclaimed “MZ icon” react in mock outrage, sending the studio into laughter.
As the race continued, alliances between teammates quickly began to crumble once they had to write names on penalty balls. Emotional appeals and unexpected betrayals led to heated moments, including one situation where Ji Ye Eun even grabbed someone by the collar.
Caught in the chaos, short-track athlete Lee Jun Seo exclaimed in frustration, “I can’t trust anyone anymore,” while backing away from the group.
The unpredictable race and the budding chemistry between Yang Se Chan and Ji Ye Eun will be revealed in the next episode of Running Man, airing March 15 at 6:10 PM KST.
