According to court registry records on February 27, Jun Ji-hyun bought one building in September last year located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The property consists of one basement level and five above-ground floors with a total floor area of approximately 1,042㎡, purchased for 18.6 billion KRW. She also acquired another building nearby with one to three above-ground floors and a total floor area of approximately 1,129㎡ for 26 billion KRW.
In addition, she purchased a 50㎡ land parcel situated between the two buildings for 2.2 billion KRW. Taking this into account, the total acquisition cost amounts to 46.8 billion KRW.

On February 23, Jun completed the remaining payment and finalized the ownership transfer registration. A maximum debt amount of 33.6 billion KRW was set for the mortgage. Considering that the maximum secured amount is typically set at around 120% of the loan, the principal loan amount is estimated to be approximately 28 billion KRW.
The buildings are located at the upper section of Seongsu Atelier Street. Unlike nearby Yeonmujang-gil, where rents have risen sharply, the area is still considered to have room for further price growth.
Kim Kyung-hyun, team leader at Building Road Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, explained, “The sale price per pyeong was 156 million KRW, slightly higher than nearby transactions. However, considering the growth potential of Seongsu-dong, this appears to be a preemptive investment looking ahead to future value.”

Jun Ji-hyun is known to own multiple real estate assets in Seoul. In 2023, she purchased a duplex penthouse at Acro Seoul Forest in Seongdong-gu for 13 billion KRW entirely in cash.
In 2022, she acquired a commercial property in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, for 50.5 billion KRW. She also owns commercial properties in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, and Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu.
In the past, Jun realized significant capital gains through several real estate investments. In 2021, she sold a building in Nonhyeon-dong, earning a profit of 14 billion KRW. Earlier, in 2014, she sold her Samseong-dong residence, which she had purchased for 7.5 billion KRW, for 13 billion KRW.
With this latest investment, Jun Ji-hyun now owns a total of five commercial properties. The combined value of her real estate holdings is estimated to approach 150 billion KRW.
