Recently, online communities began circulating claims that JAY B and Lee Chae-eun may be in a relationship. The speculation stems from photos each posted on their respective social media accounts. In the images, both appear to have visited the same historic palace site in Gyeongju, posing in similar compositions against what looks to be the identical backdrop.
Adding fuel to the rumors, the two also uploaded photos taken around the same period at what appears to be the same restaurant. Observant fans further noted that JAY B and Lee Chae-eun were seen wearing items that look strikingly similar such as glasses and hats with matching designs prompting talk of so-called “couple items.”
This is not the first time JAY B has faced personal life scrutiny. In 2023, while serving as a public service worker as part of his alternative military duty, he became embroiled in a private life controversy. At the time, screenshots of alleged Instagram direct messages between JAY B and a non-celebrity woman were shared in online communities.
In the leaked conversation, JAY B was seen initiating friendly exchanges, including messages such as, “What are you doing today?” and “I saw you by coincidence.” He also reportedly mentioned, “I’m doing public service these days, so I’m not busy,” and asked whether she frequented clubs. The incident drew attention but eventually quieted down.
Meanwhile, JAY B ended his exclusive contract with his agency Mauve Company in December last year. Lee Chae-eun, for her part, is a well-known influencer with over 700,000 followers on social media.
