On February 20 at around 3 p.m., Park Na Rae attended the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul as a suspect in a complaint involving allegations such as special injury and violations of the Medical Service Act. After approximately 7 hours and 30 minutes of questioning, she emerged at around 10:40 p.m.
Wearing glasses and a black coat, Park Na Rae appeared visibly fatigued, with a somewhat swollen face following the lengthy investigation. However, her expression remained relatively calm as she bowed her head and answered reporters’ questions.

When asked what she clarified during the investigation, she stated, “I faithfully responded to the investigators’ questions and answered truthfully.” Regarding accusations of workplace harassment against her former manager, she drew a line, saying, “I believe that part will be revealed through the investigation.”

In response to a question about whether she had ever thrown a glass of alcohol at her managers, Park Na Rae replied, “I plan to correct parts that are not true.” She then added, “I once again sincerely apologize for causing concern due to these uncomfortable matters.” She bowed deeply as she delivered the apology.

When asked if she had anything to say to her former managers, she briefly responded, “No.” She declined to comment on allegations related to unpaid wages to an ex-boyfriend and suspected illegal drug use.
What stood out most was the change in her demeanor.

Previously, after various allegations surfaced, Park Na Rae remained silent before addressing the issue in December through a YouTube video on the channel “Golden Time with Baek Eun Young” ( 백은영의 골든타임 ). At the time, she stated, “I take seriously the concerns and fatigue caused by the recent issues,” and announced that she would voluntarily step down from all programs and suspend activities. However, she avoided detailed explanations, saying, “As this matter is undergoing legal procedures, I will refrain from making additional public statements.” The video drew criticism for lacking a direct apology, with some viewers describing her tone as overly controlled and emotionally distant.
In contrast, following this police appearance, Park Na Rae bowed at a 90-degree angle and explicitly said, “I apologize for causing concern.” Her facial expression appeared softer than before, and she even told reporters, “Please get home safely. It’s late, but Happy New Year.”

The case stems from complaints filed by her former managers, who accused her of workplace harassment, verbal abuse, unpaid expenses, and proxy medical prescriptions. They filed charges including special injury, defamation by false information, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act at the Gangnam Police Station.
Park Na Rae has counter-filed complaints against her former managers at Yongsan Police Station on charges including attempted extortion and occupational embezzlement. Reports indicate that a total of 8 cases related to her have been filed—6 at Gangnam Police Station and 2 at Yongsan Police Station.
As investigations continue, attention remains focused not only on the legal outcome but also on whether her changed tone will influence public perception moving forward.
