On February 12, Lee Yi Kyung appeared as a special DJ on SBS PowerFM’s “Escape at 2PM Cultwo Show.” Greeting listeners brightly, he said, “I’m happy to be back on the radio after last year’s film Hitman: Agent Jun”
During the broadcast, he led a lively talk segment under the theme of “random personal talents I’m good at.” He shared an anecdote, saying, “There wasn’t a bottle opener at a restaurant, so I folded a piece of paper and tried to open it — and it worked.”

More notably, Lee Yi Kyung expressed deep affection for his only remaining fixed program, “I Am SOLO.” The actor has been part of the dating reality show for over four years.
He said, “I’ve been with the show for more than four years. For each season, each week, I approached it with the mindset of just surviving. It wasn’t something I strategically aimed for, but telling the production team, ‘Let’s survive one more week,’ is what brought us this far.”

Lee Yi Kyung also praised the show’s participants, adding, “The courage of the cast members on ‘I Am SOLO’ is truly remarkable. I hope viewers give them a round of applause.”
Previously, in October last year, Lee Yi Kyung became embroiled in controversy after an individual identified as “A” released private messages allegedly involving the actor. The disclosed conversations reportedly contained explicit sexual jokes.
In response, Lee Yi Kyung initiated legal proceedings against the accuser on charges of spreading false information and defamation.
