A huge achievement!
BLACKPINK is expanding beyond music into cultural heritage to offer global fans a special experience in celebration of their 3rd mini album DEADLINE.
According to YG Entertainment on February 12, BLACKPINK will present the “National Museum X BLACKPINK” project in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea from the 26th through next month’s 8th. This special partnership brings together BLACKPINK, who have written a major chapter in K-Pop history, and Korea’s representative national museum. Global audio and music streaming platform Spotify is also participating as an official partner.
During the event period, a lighting event will take place, with the exterior of the National Museum of Korea illuminated in pink to symbolize BLACKPINK and the project. In addition, the members will participate as audio docents for eight representative artifacts, serving as guides introducing Korean cultural heritage.

At the Gwanggaeto: the Great Stele artifcact located in the museum’s main lobby area, known as the “Path of History,” a full listening session for all tracks of the mini album will be held. Some sessions will be exclusive to Spotify Premium users. The pre-release listening event, which begins one day before the official album release, will be available to those who apply through Naver Reservations opening at 8pm on February 19. After the album is released at 2pm on February 27, anyone can participate during museum operating hours.
