On January 28, Moon Sua appeared on the YouTube channel “Okiki” in the talk content “Anyway, We’re Here to Chat.” During the episode, she openly discussed changes in her eating habits and revealed her highest and lowest recorded body weights.
Moon Sua shared that irregular meals became common due to her busy schedule, saying she often skipped proper meals and relied on heavy dishes late at night. She also revealed that after spending around three months in the United States, she gained 7–8 kilograms, reaching her highest weight of 55kg.

She then went on to recount a particularly dangerous dieting method from her trainee days. “The worst thing I ever did was surviving for a week eating only ice. I was young, so it was possible back then. I really hope no one tries this,” she warned.
Moon Sua explained that ahead of a company body composition check, she wanted to lose even more weight despite already being thin. Believing that even water added weight, she consumed only ice throughout the day.

“Up until the third day, I felt okay. From the fourth day, I lost the sensation of walking. When I climbed stairs, it felt like I was floating in the air,” she recalled. At the time, her weight dropped to 42kg, marking the lowest point of her life. “After hitting that number, I thought, ‘I really can’t do this anymore,’” she added.
Her candid confession sparked concern among viewers, with many praising her for speaking honestly about the dangers of extreme dieting and hoping her story would discourage others from attempting similar methods.
