Sung Han Bin, Kim Ji Woong, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae Rae, and Park Gun Wook are expected to continue their group activities as part of ZEROBASEONE, while YH Entertainment artists Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu Vin, and Han Yu Jin are likely to part ways from the group.
According to an exclusive report by TenAsia on January 14, five of the nine members those not under YH Entertainment are highly likely to extend their activities as ZEROBASEONE under WAKEONE’s management.

Last month, WAKEONE announced a two-month extension of ZEROBASEONE‘s full-member activities. However, on January 12, YH Entertainment released a statement thanking fans for supporting its artists and explaining that the company, along with Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu Vin, and Han Yu Jin, will be taking time to carefully plan their next steps.
YH emphasized that it is considering various possibilities to ensure the artists can fully showcase their individual strengths and will continue preparations accordingly. The company added that, while updates may be limited for now, they aim to return with a more mature image. They also pledged full support for ZEROBASEONE’s special activities and encore concert, asking fans to continue supporting the future journeys of the four YH members.

This situation mirrors what happened with fellow “Boys Planet” derivative group EVNNE, where YH members Yoo Seung Eon and Ji Yun Seo opted not to renew contracts. EVNNE has since continued with five members under Jellyfish Entertainment.
Although WAKEONE has stated that ZEROBASEONE‘s future remains under discussion with no decisions finalized, industry insiders note the group will likely proceed with the remaining five members under WAKEONE, similar to EVNNE’s restructuring.

ZEROBASEONE’s original nine-member contract is set to expire in March. Ahead of that, the group will release a new album titled “RE-FLOW” a special limited edition on February 2 at 6 PM KST across major music platforms. It will be their first comeback in five months since the release of their first full-length album Never Say Never.
