Top star couple Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin have officially tied the knot, celebrating their decade-long relationship in an intimate wedding ceremony held on the evening of December 20. According to YTN Star, the wedding took place at 7 p.m. at the Dynasty Hall of the Shilla Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul.
The officiator for the ceremony was Ven. Pomnyun, a respected Buddhist monk, who shares a long-standing connection with Kim Woo Bin. Known for offering private, free lectures to entertainment industry professionals, Ven. Pomnyun reportedly became a source of spiritual support for Kim Woo Bin during his battle with nasopharyngeal cancer.

Providing the congratulatory song was singer Car, the Garden, who delivered a heartfelt performance to celebrate the couple’s new beginning.

Despite being a private event under tight security, the wedding drew massive attention, with fans from both Korea and abroad crowding outside the venue—once again highlighting the couple’s global popularity. Only close friends, family, and a select group of industry colleagues were invited.
Among the guests were fellow celebrities such as Lee Kwang Soo, who served as the MC, Do Kyung Soo (D.O.), and PD Na Young Seok. Although D.O. had initially planned to perform a congratulatory song, his schedule with EXO prevented it, but he made a brief appearance to offer his best wishes.
The guest list also included major names like BTS’s V, Kim Tae Ri, Gong Hyo Jin, Uhm Jung Hwa, Bae Jung Nam, Kim Eui Sung, Nam Joo Hyuk, Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Kyung Lim, Go Doo Shim, and star screenwriters Kim Eun Sook and Noh Hee Kyung—all of whom had developed friendships with the couple through various projects over the years.
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin first confirmed their relationship in 2015 and have maintained a public relationship for 10 years. In 2017, Kim was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and halted his activities to undergo treatment. Shin Min Ah stayed by his side throughout his recovery, and in 2019, he was declared cancer-free.
Their wedding marks not just a romantic milestone, but a powerful testament to enduring love, mutual support, and resilience.
