On December 18, JTBC held a production presentation for its new Friday series Love Me at Link Hall, The Link Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul. Director Jo Young-min attended the event alongside cast members Seo Hyun-jin, Yoo Jae-myung, Lee Si-woo, Yoon Se-ah, Jang Ryul, and Dahyun.
Speaking at the event, Dahyun candidly expressed her excitement and gratitude about stepping into acting for the first time. “I was already happy just to be part of such a good project,” she said. “Being able to act in the same drama as such amazing senior actors made me truly happy.”

She added that the experience left a deep impression on her, saying, “Because filming was so enjoyable, I think my first drama will remain a really good memory for me.”
Dahyun also revealed how much strength she drew from her TWICE members during the long filming period, which lasted from winter through summer. “They kept asking me if I was too tired and told me they would definitely watch the drama and cheer me on,” she shared. “That kind of support gave me a lot of strength.”

Love Me tells the story of a family that may seem ordinary and even a little selfish, yet deeply affectionate in their own ways, as each member begins their own journey of love and personal growth. The series is directed by Jo Young-min, who previously earned praise for his delicate portrayal of emotions and relationships in the Netflix series You and Everything Else.
With Seo Hyun-jin often called a “trusted master of melodrama” as the lead, the drama is already being hailed as one of the most anticipated romance series of the winter season.
Love Me is set to premiere on December 19 at 8:50 p.m. KST on JTBC, with episodes 1 and 2 airing consecutively.
