Recently, an online community post circulated a signed CD and handwritten message allegedly from SHINee’s Onew addressed to Ms. A, the woman at the center of the “Injection Aunt” controversy. This led netizens to speculate about a personal relationship between the two.
On December 11, Onew’s agency issued a detailed statement clarifying the matter. According to the agency, Onew visited a clinic in Sinsa-dong in April 2022 upon a friend’s recommendation for skin treatment. They emphasized, “Given the clinic’s appearance and facilities, there was no reason to suspect any illegitimacy or question whether the practitioners had medical licenses.”
The agency further explained that the treatments were done openly at a licensed location, not in a secret or suspicious setting. They insisted that the signed CD and message were simply tokens of appreciation and nothing more.
Unlike Onew, fellow SHINee member Key has remained silent despite rumors involving him. A video allegedly filmed inside Key’s home showing Ms. A has been widely circulated, but neither Key nor his agency has responded. Fans of the popular reality show “I Live Alone”, where Key regularly appears, issued a public statement on December 11 urging a prompt explanation.
Meanwhile, Park Na-rae finds herself entangled in yet another controversy—this time over alleged abusive behavior toward her production staff.
According to JTBC’s “Scandal Supervisor”, Park Na-rae allegedly berated her former managers during the planning of the now-cancelled variety show “I’m Excited Too”. The managers reportedly felt humiliated and eventually resigned. However, Park Na-rae is said to have shifted blame toward the production team, asking, “Did you make things difficult for my managers?”
In response, representatives from “I’m Excited Too” stated on December 11 that “these claims are difficult to verify.”
