During Heart Man’s production briefing held on December 11 at Lotte Cinema Konkuk University in Seoul, actress Moon Chae-won expressed her excitement ahead of the film’s January release.
Playing Bona, the “first love who returns,” Moon Chae-won shared that she was surprised by her own transformation. “After we finished filming and I monitored the footage, I realized this is the longest my hair has been since debut,” she said. “I’ve been keeping a bob cut for a while now, but in our film, I appear with long straight hair.”

She added that she even surveyed friends for opinions. “I asked my guy friends and close acquaintances which they preferred long hair or a bob. Most said long hair feels more feminine,” she revealed with a laugh.
Heart Man, set to premiere on January 14, follows Seung-min (Kwon Sang-woo), a man who reunites with his first love and does everything he can not to lose her again only to end up with a secret he absolutely cannot reveal to her. The result is a comedic chain of events full of misunderstandings, charm, and chaos.

The film is directed by Choi Won-seop and marks Moon Chae-won’s return to the big screen with a classic romantic heroine visual that has fans eagerly anticipating its release.
