They accused her of interfering with employees’ voting rights.
Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has responded to HYBE‘s accusations that she coerced her employees into voting against the Democratic Party during her tenure at ADOR.

On November 28, KST, Min posted multiple Instagram stories, refuting these claims. In one of the stories, she wrote, “I have always been a supporter of the Democratic Party, and I personally voted for former President Moon Jae In.” She added that she “had no idea” that her disappointment with the Moon administration’s real estate policies in 2020 would be distorted like this.”
She also called HYBE’s accusation an “unrelated political frame” imposed on their legal conflict and proceeded to deny them all with receipts. These accusations were levied against Min during the hearing of HYBE’s lawsuits against Min on November 26. The company’s legal counsel submitted a post on an employee community forum from last year as evidence. In the post, the writer, who claimed to be an ADOR employee, stated that Min had told all her employees not to vote for the Democratic Party. They also claimed that they were personally reprimanded for their voting choice.
After the election, if anyone said they voted for the Democratic Party, she’d call them in and scold them. At first, I thought it was a joke, but after being yelled at for three hours at a time, I wondered if I’d even joined the right company.

HYBE also submitted a KakaoTalk conversation between Min and an employee from December 14, 2020, where Min apparently told the employee, “Why did you vote for the Democratic Party?” and “If there’s no party worth voting for, you shouldn’t vote—like me. LOL.”
While denying that she opposed the Democratic Party, Min Hee Jin not only publicly announced her support for the party and the former President Moon Jae In, but also posted video evidence of her attending a rally demanding Yoon Suk Yeol‘s impeachment last winter. She also provided records of supplies she sent to protesters, as well as a photo taken on June 3, the day of the presidential election where she is sporting a blue bag.

She also voiced her support for the current President, Lee Jae Myung, stating, “My friends all know this, but I have consistently supported President Lee Jae Myung since his days as mayor of Seongnam.” Min also argued, “I can’t understand what kind of framing they’re trying to create using a private KakaoTalk message,” and pointed out, “2020 was even before ADOR was founded.”
