On the November 23 broadcast of JTBC’s Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, Tzuyang, South Korea’s top YouTuber with 12.7 million subscribers and over 3.4 billion views, appeared alongside fellow mukbang creator Ipjjalbeun Haetnim, who has been making content for 11 years.
During a rapid-fire Q&A segment, Tzuyang stunned the audience by revealing her eating capacity: she can consume 20 packs of ramen in a single meal and has even eaten 40 portions of grilled intestines.

She also shared that her monthly food expenses exceed 10 million won (approx. $7,500 USD), leaving the studio members in disbelief. Behind-the-scenes stories about her eating habits sparked laughter and lively conversation among the chefs present.
The show revealed Tzuyang’s enormous refrigerator setup. She brought two fridges and many room-temperature ingredients to the studio. She later explained that at home, she has four refrigerators and a storage room dedicated solely to snacks.
Writer Kim Poong joked, “Is this a convenience store warehouse?” Chef Choi Hyun-seok added, “Four refrigerators are like a 100-seat restaurant in scale.” The studio buzzed as industrial-sized ingredients and a fridge just for beverages were displayed.

Tzuyang also shared her favorite ingredients. The crew noticed some single-serving ready-made meals, which she explained were for quick snacks while waiting for food deliveries, eliciting laughter.
When asked why some items were unlabeled, she revealed, “These are ingredients I don’t want anyone to know about, so I remove the labels myself.”
Tzuyang started her YouTube channel in 2018 and quickly became one of the most prominent mukbang creators in South Korea. Her combination of eating skill, charm, and personality has made her a standout figure in the genre.
Her appearance highlights not only the impressive scale of professional mukbang setups but also the growing popularity and influence of food content on digital platforms.
