During a recent live broadcast, AllDay Project faced an unexpectedly emotional moment when member Youngseo struggled to hold back tears amid open criticisms from her fellow members. The video, released on channel fullmoon under the title “AllDay Project Shiboya LIVE Reality,” has since sparked heated discussion online.
The group was prompted to play a game called “That’s Right” (그랬구나), meant to encourage honest communication. Producer Na Young Seok initiated the segment by saying, “You’ve worked together for half a year—surely you have things to say to each other.“

However, what was intended as a lighthearted exchange quickly became tense. Member Annie was first to comment on Youngseo, saying, “I know you love pink, and that’s great, but lately it feels too much. We all have a dark image because we’re from The Black Label, and you stand out too much in pink.“
Youngseo attempted to brush it off, replying with the game’s catchphrase, “That’s right,” but added, “It’s only a little bit today.” Despite her composure, the repeated focus on her appearance and preferences visibly took a toll.

Woochan, another member, joined the feedback session by referencing their friendship dynamic: “We have chemistry and bicker in a fun way, but sometimes it hurts. If you push too far, it really stings.” Youngseo admitted she often initiates teasing to build that chemistry but also confessed to sending an apology text to Woochan after a previous misunderstanding.
As the mood grew heavy, Woochan attempted to lighten things, saying, “It wasn’t that serious. Why are you like this?” Still, Youngseo kept her head down, appearing to hold back tears during his turn in the game, drawing sympathy from viewers.

After the livestream, online comments expressed discomfort with the segment’s tone:
“This is the most suffocating ‘That’s Right’ game I’ve ever seen.“
“This kind of segment isn’t suitable for rookies.“
“They all started by criticizing Youngseo—of course she felt hurt.“
Critics also questioned the concept’s appropriateness, suggesting it put too much emotional pressure on the group’s youngest member and shifted the mood in an unintended direction.
