Veteran Korean entertainer Kim Soo Yong was rushed to the ICU after a sudden collapse on set.

The 59-year-old has been a comedian for more than three decades and is known to many today for his popular YouTube channel, Jo Dong A Ri, which recently welcomed guests such as TEEN TOP and Itaewon Class actress Lee Joo Young.
Kim Soo Yong was filming content in Gyeonggi on Thursday, November 13, when he suddenly lost consciousness. Emergency services arrived at the scene and performed CPR before transporting him to Guri Hanyang University Hospital.

According to reports, Kim Soo Yong was in critical condition at the time of the collapse. Thankfully, he later regained consciousness after receiving emergency treatment. He was subsequently moved to the intensive care unit, where he’s currently undergoing further tests to determine what caused the collapse.
His agency, Media Lab Siso, has now released a statement confirming his condition. On November 16, the company told media, “Kim Soo Yong has regained consciousness and is now resting and recovering. We will do our best to ensure his swift recovery.”
