They have decided to go back to ADOR.
NewJeans‘ Haerin and Hyein have decided to continue their entertainment activities with ADOR.
In a statement shared by ADOR on November 12, the agency shared that the two NewJeans members have decided to continue working with them.
NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have expressed to us their intentions to continue their activities with ADOR.
After careful consideration with their families and lengthy discussions with the agency, the two members have decided to respect the court’s ruling and follow their exclusive contract.
ADOR will do its best to help Haerin and Hyein continue their entertainment activities without issue.
We ask for your warm support and respectfully ask that you refrain from speculations about the members.
Thank you.

While NewJeans’ legal counsel stated they would appeal the ruling, no appeal was actually filed, leading to speculation the group may return to ADOR after all.
