Her first big girl purchase!
IVE member Jang Wonyoung has once again proven her top-tier status. The star reportedly purchased a luxury villa in Seoul’s exclusive Hannam-dong UN Village for ₩13.7 billion KRW (about $9.38 million USD). At just 21, she’s already made her first real estate buy!
According to the real estate industry and Supreme Court registry records on November 12, Jang acquired a 244㎡ (2,626 sq ft) unit in Lucid Haus, located in Yongsan-gu’s Hannam-dong, last March and completed the ownership transfer last month.

What surprised many was the links the house has to the Daelim Group.
The property registry shows no mortgage recorded, suggesting that the purchase was made entirely in cash by Wonyoung. The seller was Lee Ji Yong, former CEO of Daelim Trading and a second-generation heir of the DL Group conglomerate. Lucid Haus is the first development project by Daelim D&I, a real estate company founded by Lee Hae Sung, a third-generation heir of DL Group. Even at its initial sale in 2017, units were priced over ₩4.00 billion KRW (about $2.74 million USD), making it one of the most luxurious residences within UN Village.
Wonyoung is known to be best friends with Daelim Group’s fourth-generation heiress, Jules Lee Joo Young. They have consistently been seen together.

The villa’s prime location offers panoramic views of both the Han River and Namsan Tower, and with only 15 units across two buildings, it is known for its exclusivity. It also features 24-hour security, private elevators, and top-level privacy, making it one of Seoul’s most sought-after addresses.
Lucid Haus was previously home to actress Kim Tae Hee, who bought a 244㎡ unit there in 2012 for [krw]4.35 billion KRW and sold it in 2018 for 6.4 billion[/krw], earning about ₩2.00 billion KRW (about $1.37 million USD) in profit over six years.

This year alone, she has dominated the advertising world as ambassador for major brands including Woori Bank, Malto, Binggrae, Dyson, Dashing Diva, BARREL, Jim Beam, and New Balance.
Her group IVE recently wrapped up promotions for their 4th mini-album IVE SECRET and made history by holding their first-ever three-day solo concert at KSPO Dome, selling out all seats, further proving their status as one of Korea’s top girl groups.
