In late October, the court ruled in favor of ADOR during the legal dispute between NJZ and the agency over their exclusive contract. Having lost yet another battle, the group’s legal representatives declared that they would immediately file an appeal.
However, it has now been over two weeks since the verdict… and no appeal has come despite stating that they would do it “immediately.” In fact, the group has only until November 13 (KST) to submit it.

With just one day left, speculations about what’s going on internally have exploded. One of the most popular theories seems to be that the group may very well go back to activities under ADOR.
Some feel as though there is disagreement between the members on what the next step should be.

Others claim NJZ’s legal team is simply waiting until the very last minute.

In a previous statement earlier this year, NJZ’s legal representatives stated that returning to ADOR is not impossible and that “the members would be willing to go back if ADOR can be returned to how it was before the audit in April 2024.”
NJZ (NewJeans) Claim They Will Return To ADOR Under Only One Condition
While many fans out there are simply waiting for NJZ to come back to the industry and release music again, some are vehemently against them promoting under HYBE again.
If they’re back they WILL actually be hated and everyone on the building will be very awkward or don’t want to be involved with them and then they will use this situation to put a scenario about how they treated unfairly and being ignored🙄🙄

If they come back, Hybe needs to rent a cheap building for their practice room/makeup studio so that no other Hybe artists have to share space with them. Let them finish out their contract in relative obscurity.
