They claimed they have “proof” of it, too.

After BAE173 member Doha filed a lawsuit against PocketDol Studio over his exclusive contract, the management company has since issued an official statement.

On November 7, 2025 (KST), PocketDol Studio’s legal firm confirmed, “Doha recently filed a lawsuit over the invalidity of his exclusive contract and also applied for a provisional injunction to suspend its effect.” On behalf of the troubled management company, the legal firm rebutted the allegations made against them—in a series of excuses that blamed a former employee and the member himself.
We have been sending quarterly settlement reports to BAE173 members via email. Doha has also been receiving them, and in April 2025, his guardian requested a change of email address.
However, due to a staffing gap caused by an employee’s resignation, the reports were not sent immediately. After completing an internal review, the final reports were delivered in October. This delay was purely administrative, not intentional.

As for “forcing” Doha to go on hiatus from group activities, PocketDol Studio claimed that the decision was made after “repeated issues with his insincere attitude and unpredictable behavior.”
At a recent fan event, he left his seat without prior notice and used profanity, causing an unpleasant scene in front of the fans.
Doha made unreasonable demands, such as insisting that we deduct days when he didn’t have a manager working with him. Managers are full-time employees, and his lack of understanding of the employment structure made his request impossible to accept.

The management company did claim to have “evidence” of Doha’s misconduct, noting it will all be submitted to court for review. PocketDol Studio then assured the group’s fans that the scheduled tour and activities will continue regardless of the legal battle.
Numerous reports have been submitted by staff and associates who experienced difficulties with Doha’s words and actions. We have secured objective evidence such as text messages and chat logs, which will be submitted to the court and we intend to clarify the facts through the proper legal process.
The ongoing overseas tour and group activities will continue as scheduled, and the other members are focusing on keeping their promises to fans.
