Amid the news being shared, EXO posted a story on Instagram with the caption “Every season with EXO-L” and it had the members taking part in the upcoming comeback, minus the members of CBX.
When the post was shared, it was met with a lot of criticism from netizens who criticized the members for not reading the room, given the consensus about the ongoing lawsuit between SM Entertainment and CBX, as well as the feelings of fans. Some also added that after so long in the industry, EXO should be able to speak up about their members being excluded amid everything going on.
