When fans dialed the number, they could hear Cha Eunwoo’s pre-recorded voice message, where he warmly greeted them. This especially touched fans as he recently left to the military, leaving fans missing the star. It was designed by Cha Eun Woo himself as a special gift to comfort fans during his military service.
However, on November 5, Fantagio had to issue an apology after reports of fans misdialing the number, resulting in unintended people receiving phone calls.
“The official number for Cha Eun Woo’s ARS voice content is 070-8919-0330, and only this number connects to the event. Recently, some users have entered the number incorrectly, causing calls to be directed elsewhere. Please make sure to dial the correct number. We sincerely apologize to those who have been affected.”
