Hearts2Hearts’ Carmen has sent shivers down fans’ spines after revealing a terrifying paranormal experience she once had while living in her old dorm. During a recent video call fansign, Carmen recalled that she experienced sleep paralysis in the old dorms. What made it particularly creepy was that it would happen at the exact same time.
“In my old dorm, I used to experience sleep paralysis a lot. I would always wake up at 4 a.m.—exactly at 4:44 several nights in a row. When I suddenly woke up, I saw someone sitting on my legs… and I couldn’t move.”

4:44 is considered an unlucky number in Korea and Japan, as the number four is associated with death. On the other hand, some fans have tried to take a positive spin on it, claiming that 444 was an angel number.

Others expressed concern for Carmen’s well-being, suggesting she might have been experiencing recurring sleep paralysis due to stress or exhaustion during her trainee days.
k-pop idols will talk about sleep paralysis like it’s the most common thing ever… LIKE THAT’S BECAUSE OF STRESS AND SLEEP DEPRIVATION😭 https://t.co/XxNUwrD8nE
