On October 28, actress Han Go Eun posted a video on YouTube and garnered much attention for her confession regarding her complex personality.
In the video, she reminisced about her past on-set shoots as she was getting ready for a commercial shoot with staff she’d worked with for over twenty years.
When I was younger, I didn’t know how to talk nicely. I only said what was necessary. I asked direct questions rather than being considerate. I often asked things like, ‘Why did you do this?’

She expressed regret, stating, “I said it out of genuine curiosity, but the person listening may have been hurt by it.”
She also shared an episode regarding clothing that happened.
Whenever my stylist brought me an outfit, I’d ask, ‘Why did you bring this?’ I was curious, but I think my question could’ve flustered them.

Han explained that she had a high standard for clothing at that time, as she was studying fashion design, and confessed she took it for granted that the staff had to work hard to tailor the clothes.
The stylist listening to the story responded, “After you got married, you became much less fussy.” When the production team asked how she was back then, they answered, “I’ll keep that to myself,” causing everyone on set to laugh.
Han Go Eun was also transparent about her past behavior.
“I was really picky, I admit it. I had no confidence in myself and had many weaknesses. That’s why I strived for perfection and wasn’t tolerant of my mistakes.
I think I was too harsh to the people around me to accept myself. Because of that, the people closest to me also suffered a lot.”

What was even more surprising, she revealed that she ranked second among the top ten most demanding celebrities. She added, “I heard who ranked first, but I won’t reveal who they are.”
