Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation has publicly shown her admiration for fellow singer WOODZ, drawing attention from fans after attending his recent concert.
On March 15, Taeyeon shared a post on her Instagram Story with the caption, “I’ve officially become a fan,” alongside a photo from WOODZ’s concert. The image captured the singer enjoying the performance from the audience, signaling her support for the artist and his music.

The moment quickly caught the attention of fans, as Taeyeon rarely makes such open declarations of fandom. Her message suggested that she had been impressed by WOODZ’s stage presence and performance during the show.
Taeyeon, born in 1989, is currently 37 years old, while WOODZ—whose real name is Cho Seung-youn—was born in 1996 and is eight years younger. Despite the age difference, the friendly gesture highlighted the mutual respect that often exists between artists in the Korean music industry.
The concert Taeyeon attended was part of WOODZ’s 2026 WOODZ WORLD TOUR “Archive.1” IN INCHEON, which took place on March 14 and 15 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. The performances served as the opening shows for his global tour.

The tour shares its name with WOODZ’s first full-length album Archive. 1, released earlier on March 4. The concert stage featured music from the new album and showcased the singer’s evolving musical direction.
Following the successful kickoff in Incheon, WOODZ plans to continue the “Archive.1” world tour across 17 cities in Asia, Europe, and Oceania, meeting international fans as he expands his global presence.

Taeyeon’s public show of support added an unexpected highlight to the opening concerts, with fans celebrating the interaction between the two well-known K-pop artists.
